1. Design File Format Is Ready and Print-Quality
Your design file should be PNG, AI, PDF or JPG at minimum 300 DPI. A blurry file produces a blurry print and no amount of goodwill on either side fixes a pixelated logo on 50 T-shirts after production is complete. 2. All Sizes Are Confirmed for Every Recipient
Collect size confirmations from every single person before finalising the order. This sounds obvious until you are 3 days before an event and two students have not responded to the size survey. Chasing individual sizes after an order is placed delays production. Create a simple size list name, size, jersey number if applicable and confirm it is complete before you contact us.

3. Quantity Includes a 10% Buffer
Order 10% more pieces than your current headcount requires. Schools and sports clubs always have last-minute additions: a new student joins the batch, a reserve player gets called up, a sponsor wants an extra piece. Reprinting 3 jerseys separately costs significantly more per piece than including them in the original bulk order. A 10% buffer is the cheapest insurance you can buy on a printing order.

4. Print Position Is Decided for Every Design Element
Know exactly where each element goes: chest logo, back name, sleeve text before the order starts. Standard positions are front chest for logos and upper back for names and numbers. If you want anything different a large back print, a sleeve logo, text on the collar confirm it before we prepare the digital proof. Changing print position after proof approval means a new proof round and delays production.
5. Fabric Type Is Selected Based on Your Event
Different events need different fabrics confirm yours before placing the order. Cotton works best for school uniform T-shirts, annual day events and casual wear. Dry-fit polyester is the right choice for sports jerseys, cricket kits and outdoor events. Cotton-polyester blends sit in between for everyday branded merchandise. 6. Delivery Deadline Is Confirmed and Communicated Clearly
Tell us your hard deadline upfront, not on the day before delivery. Standard orders at Krishna Trophies are ready in 1 to 3 working days. Bulk orders above 50 pieces take 3 to 5 working days. If your school annual day is on the 15th, we need to know that on Day 1 of the order not on the 14th. 7. GST Details Are Ready If Your Institution Needs an Invoice
Schools, colleges, coaching institutes and corporate companies have your GST number ready before the order. Krishna Trophies provides proper GST invoices for every institutional order. But generating a correct invoice requires your registered business name, GST number and billing address exactly as they appear on your GST certificate. Asking for this after production is complete delays payment clearance and sometimes delays dispatch. Keep these details in a notes app or email draft ready to paste whenever needed.
8. Payment Method Is Confirmed Before Production Starts
Production at Krishna Trophies begins after advance payment confirmation. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash for in-person orders at our Gole ka mandir facility. For WhatsApp and remote orders, UPI or bank transfer is the fastest way to confirm. If your institution requires a purchase order or formal approval process before payment, inform us when placing the order we can plan the production schedule around your payment timeline. Do not assume production has started until you receive confirmation from our team.
9. Digital Proof Is Reviewed Carefully Before Approval
The digital proof is your last chance to catch a mistake before fabric is printed. When Krishna Trophies sends your digital proof on WhatsApp, do not approve it in 30 seconds. Check every element: logo position, player names spelled correctly, numbers matching your list, colour accuracy, print size looking proportional on the garment. Show it to at least one other person before approving. A name misspelled on 15 jerseys is not something anyone wants to discover on event morning and reprinting after approval is a separate order at full cost.

10. Care Instructions Are Noted and Will Be Shared With Recipients
DTF prints last 50 to 100 wash cycles but only when washed correctly. Every printed garment from Krishna Trophies comes with care guidance. Wash cold, inside out, with mild detergent. No tumble drying on high heat. No direct ironing on the print. For school T-shirts and sports jerseys that go home with students, share these instructions with parents and players. A jersey that lasts two full cricket seasons is only possible if the person washing it knows how to handle a printed garment.
